After flipping over 200 single-family homes and a decade of residential sales, he transitioned into multifamily investments and syndication. With his diverse experience in the rehabilitation of properties and asset management, Abiel has raised over $60,000,000 since opening Concession Management, a real estate investment and syndication in 2012. Abiel controls $30,000,000 in real estate assets and a real estate portfolio of over 200 units and properties. Manages in-house property management, in-house construction, and renovation team, in-house design expertise for redevelopment projects, and has strategic sourcing and supply chain expertise.
