Sandra Benenate; one half of a husband and wife team specializing in asset management, property management and construction/renovation. With over 25 years of experience in construction and renovation Sandra has been at the forefront of single family and commercial renovations. Sandra, former COO of a regional property management company, oversaw the operations, acquisition and sales of over 7000 units in the Gulf South for over 17 years; a portfolio valued at over 262MM and a staff of 300+. Seeing a need in the industry, Sandy formed their most recent adventure, Strategic Property Consulting. With her skills and knowledge she plans to bring her experience to new levels and assist others in their multi family asset purchases.
